Strong Form of Meditation

If you have a hard time understanding the conscious from the subconscious, please visit Blog #1

I’m going to exaggerate here by saying that imagination is everything! This allows you to break through boundaries and limiting beliefs, helping your consciousness understand these changes. Your subconscious does not understand real from fake. Your subconscious records thoughts, feelings, intentions, and acts accordingly so that you then can receive more of them. This can make imagination a very strong aspect of healing and receiving. So with the subconscious, the more that you can imagine in detail with feeling and intention, the better you will receive. Metaphors are really good in this aspect of healing as well.

When meditating, I find it helpful to create affirmations while you imagine or feel intention deeply. There is also a very key role in being effective. You MUST create these thoughts, feelings, and intentions in the present time. As if you are healed now or accepting now or see what you need to see now. If you talk into the future, it will always stay in the future. Your subconscious has no sense of time. And like I said before, the subconscious doesn’t know real from fake. So do you have it already? Hold on to that feeling.

Just like any method of meditation, this takes time. But it’s a very necessary attribute to life if you want to create change. I’m a firm believer in understanding that everything happens within you at an energetic level before receiving the physiological response. I had felt this shift in myself before my cancer treatments started to work. Look for it within yourself so you can raise your belief and understand how important the flow of your energetic system is to this world and the people around you.

In blog #3 I will be talking about using the four elements (wind, water, fire, & earth) for meditations to become more grounded and heal with what this world has to offer.
